State and local governments across the nation are partnering with the federal government to address our current economic situation. One way is through the creation of economic stimulus projects designed to save or create jobs while rebuilding infrastructure, improving schools, and reducing dependence on oil.
The Greensboro City Council has resolved to support federal economic stimulus projects and the City administration -- with support from City Council -- is working diligently with state and federal representatives to pursue available funding.
